The over-frequency three-industry energy-saving lighting renovation project is the main plant of Guodian Shiheng Power Plant. It is located in the west of Fujian Province, with an installed capacity of 1.98 million kilowatts. It is a national large-scale Sino-foreign joint venture and the main power plant of Shandong Power Grid.
