CPS LED slashes energy consumption while improving light levels and comfort at sports arena.

The Venue can be used for basketball, volleyball, badminton and other sports competition and training.

The project consists of 4 basketball courts, 2 badminton courts, 6 table tennis courts and 1 Sanda court. It is designed to meet the illumination requirements of amateur competition and professional training, and has been installed and put into use.

This Multipurpose Sports Hall area is about 1260 m2, CPS-Lighting use 150W LED sport lights to replace 400W halogen lamp, and total 60 lights are installed.

Cause recreational football is usually played in the evening, the lighting level will obviously be lower than for broadcasted matches, the lighting quality should remain high in terms of uniformity, visual comfort and limitation of obtrusive light.

The objective is to ensure good visibility enabling both players and spectators to follow the progress of a game. Care must be taken to ensure good illumination levels and even distribution of light across the playing surface (uniformity).

The gymnasium project of China university of petroleum (east China) involves four stadiums, basketball and volleyball main stadiums, basketball sub-hall, badminton training hall and table tennis training hall.
